The client:

Level Four are a software development company which develops, deploys and tests products for all types of ATM networks.

The challenge:

Level Four required an online system to that would enable them to manage their projects, documents, organisational information and contact details more effectively, and ensure consistency of processes and delivery methodologies

The technology:

CES developed a solution based on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform – a secure, claims-based authentication web site which contains a number of custom web parts used for reporting, filtering and document generation.

The solution:

Using coded event receivers and workflows, which automate business processes, the system generates a standard set of documents, tasks and alerts. These allow users to follow a consistent process for every project.

Users are also able to manage information on, and the relationships between, different organisations and contacts.
